"I was quoted £60 then asked to give the driver £15 cash to cover congestion charge. I don’t understand why this was not included in the quoted price or as a note that an additional charge would be required. I’ve used taxicode before during congestion hours and it was a set price, it’s not nice to be asked for additional cash at the end of the trip."
