"The car and the driver deserve 5 Stars (if there was higher rating I would give the highest one).
The car was amazing, I felt like I was in a mini limousine with the most welcoming driver. The journey was so comfortable and enjoyable, I didn't notice it was a 90min+ drive, thanks Muhammad.
The only thing that disappointed me and the driver was that it wasn't clear during the booking that the customer pays the parking charge. I didn't mind paying for it but it's better this is mentioned in the booking process.

"Driver and service on day was great - but when I swapped the airport to Gatwick the company requested a £30 extra fee despite being only 3 miles different in total journey. Due to the last minute change in flight I didn't have time to book elsewhere but believe I could have got a fairer price. Then on the day the company said I'd need to pay £5 extra to cover parking as well - which wasn't flagged in advance. From previous experience, parking would always be included in the price for other taxi services."
